For Michael Antonio Keane’s 2024 short film Eclipse of Sovereignty, I had the immense pleasure of serving as the film’s director of photography.

Working as the film’s d.o.p was a great learning experience, during which I gained a plethora of knowledge on the intricacies of the director-cinematographer relationship.

Experiencing the dynamics from this perspective was an important milestone in both my personal and professional growth as a filmmaker, with it illuminating how crucial this dynamic is to a film’s success.

I am grateful for the opportunity given to me by Michael to contribute to his film, and I look forward to applying the lessons learned during the making of this film to my future filmmaking endeavors.
